WELCOME BACK TO LUAU!!!  Sandestin's finest and most fun beachside condominium.

Effective SUNDAY midnight, June 21, 2015 the Painting and Coating of the building is suspended!  To be continued after Labor Day. You will be notified as to when, exactly.

Over the past few weeks the impact of the COATING project on Owners and Guests has been recognized as greater than anticipated. In reaction and in full PARTNERSHIP and cost sharing with SANDESTIN Golf and Beach Resort's Rental Program, we are suspending any further work on the exterior of the building and balconies to better enhance the experience of owners and guests this summer.

In addition to cost sharing the expense of postponing work on the building, Sandestin is now providing live music at the pool on Friday and Saturday, see weekly schedule. Please make this a success buy supporting it and buying beverages and food from the Tiki Hut at the pool during performance times. That's what pays for the enhanced experience at LUAU of having Live Music " after the beach" !!

We would like to again THANK Sandestin for their help and partnership, which benefits all (not only their clients). We would also like to encourage, and will give recognition to, all other rental interests who wish to participate in defraying costs of the HIATUS, which is minimal considering the benefit.. We will provide equal recognition.

Again, Thank you to Sandestin and its management for helping us make LUAU a better place to stay and experience.

There are some other things, however, that all should inform their clients and renters of:

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT LUAU.

Golf carts, except for 10 the that have been previously authorized, shall not be allowed on property at any time. Unauthorized golfcarts must be parked across the street in fromt of LUAU 2 or elswhere not on LUAU property. Carts in violation will be towed.
